[Case Study] Food Manufacturing Industry

Introduction of a case where the installation of equipment improved the steam exhaust of the sterilizer.

We would like to introduce a case of implementing local exhaust equipment in the food manufacturing industry. In the sterilization process of food containers, steam was generated and duct piping was installed to exhaust it outside. However, due to insufficient exhaust volume, we were struggling to effectively expel the steam. By repurposing the existing duct and adding a stainless steel blower, we were able to resolve the issue of steam leakage around the sterilizer. 【Case Summary】 ■ Equipment Introduced: AH-H22GHT-H113 ■ Background of Implementation - There was insufficient exhaust volume, making it difficult to effectively expel steam. ■ Improvements Made - The issue of steam leakage around the sterilizer was resolved. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Automotive Parts Manufacturing <Improvement of Ceiling Temperature>

We would like to introduce a case where the temperature of the ceiling was able to be reduced by 5°C!

We would like to introduce a case where the temperature of the ceiling was improved in automotive parts manufacturing. There was a problem where the heat from the carburizing furnace could not be ventilated properly and became trapped in the ceiling, resulting in very high temperatures. By using a wind racer to direct the blown heat towards the opposite window, we were able to exhaust the heat outside and reduce the ceiling temperature from 48.5°C to 43.5°C, a decrease of 5°C. 【Case Overview】 ■ Background - The heat from the carburizing furnace could not be ventilated properly and became trapped in the ceiling. - The ceiling temperature was very high. ■ Improvement Details - Used a wind racer to direct the blown heat towards the opposite window and exhaust it outside. - Successfully reduced the ceiling temperature by 5°C (from 48.5°C to 43.5°C). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Chemical Product Manufacturing Plant

Introduction of a dust-blowing system for release agent booths! A case study showcasing how electricity costs were saved.

We would like to introduce a case where our company implemented equipment for blowing away debris in the release agent booth at a finished product manufacturing plant. In this plant, on the manufacturing line for automotive interior materials (polyurethane), they were reducing the defect rate by blowing away polyurethane debris with air blow (compressor) before applying the release agent. After the equipment was introduced, switching from compressor air to a blower resulted in energy savings, allowing for a reduction in electricity costs. [Case Overview] ■ Background of Implementation - On the manufacturing line for automotive interior materials, they were reducing the defect rate by blowing away polyurethane debris with air blow before applying the release agent. ■ Improvements Made - Energy savings were achieved by switching from compressor air to a blower. - Electricity costs were reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
